Dr. Victor T. Curry

Bishop Victor Tyrone Curry is a visionary pastor, preacher, and community leader who has dedicated his life to faith, service, and social justice. Over thirty years ago, he founded New Birth Baptist Church Cathedral of Faith International in North Miami, establishing it as a beacon of hope and progress. Under his leadership, New Birth has grown to include impactful ministries such as AM 1490 WMBM Gospel Radio, the Dr. John A. McKinney Christian Academy, and the New Birth Community Development Corporation.
In 2004, Bishop Curry brought his vision for Christian education to life by founding Dr. John A. McKinney Christian Academy. The academy, located on the church campus, was created to provide children with a strong foundation rooted in Christian principles, addressing the shortcomings of standardized testing and offering a nurturing environment for holistic growth.
Bishop Curry is a devoted father to three daughters—Victoria, Veronica, and Victory—and a proud grandfather to Damari and Londyn. His life’s work continues to inspire, uplift, and empower communities.

School Administrator
Victoria T. Curry is an accomplished leader, educator, and school administrator dedicated to empowering youth and fostering excellence in education. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Memorial University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Walden University, she combines academic expertise with a heart for service.

As the Administrator of Dr. John A. McKinney Christian Academy, Victoria leverages her extensive experience to guide the academy’s mission of providing a nurturing, faith-based environment where students thrive academically and spiritually. Her leadership reflects a commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation in education.

Beyond her role at JAMCA, Victoria is the Founder and CEO of Victoria Tee Curry Consulting, LLC, a platform dedicated to empowering women to live purposefully. She also founded "The Pastor Kids Coalition," a global ministry offering support and connection for children of pastors.

Victoria is a proud mother to Damari Curry-Holloway. She is also an ordained elder, inspiring others through her faith, resilience, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
